Our expectations in regard to staff presentation and uniforms are aligned with those of our clients – we demand the highest standards of personal presentation. Our uniform and appearance standards are provided to all staff in the Weslo Information Guide for New Employees.
Weslo Staff & Security has the following uniform for all Event and Security staff, cash management and car parking ad-hoc staff:

Should a Client wish to supply our staff with an alternative uniform to better represent their event, Weslo is more than happy to consider this request subject to all PPE considerations being met.
Weslo proposes to firmly apply a zero tolerance policy to staff whose appearance is not deemed to meet the required standard. This will result in remedial actions such as:
Standards of behavior and conduct also apply to our personnel and will also be a crucial component of our internal training and accreditation program.

- Black dress trousers
- Black shoes/boots
- Yellow Weslo Shirt for Security staff and dark red long sleeve shirt with tie for Event staff
- Wide Brimmed Akubra Hat dressed with a dark red hat band (White for events staff and Black for security)
- Navy Blue waterproof Long Coat for cool and wet weather conditions and High visibility Yellow jacket for Crowd control.
- Yellow Hi-Vis vest (Traffic Management Staff)
- Black Suit with White shirt and Weslo tie for Corporate functions

Should a Client wish to supply our staff with an alternative uniform to better represent their event, Weslo is more than happy to consider this request subject to all PPE considerations being met.
Weslo proposes to firmly apply a zero tolerance policy to staff whose appearance is not deemed to meet the required standard. This will result in remedial actions such as:
- Moving a staff member to a non-public role until a replacement uniform can be provided
- Moving a staff member to a non-public role until a replacement staff member can be appointed; at this time the non-compliant staff member is dismissed from immediate duties and their status as a member of the accredited team will be reviewed.
