Just wanted to provide feedback, that your security staff was terrific last Thursday. Mark was very impressed with his professionalism, his ability to handle difficult behaviours and being a calm influence. We were both also impressed with his note taking & documenting with photos also. Mark felt protected & certainly helped his head space when things became difficult.  
 
Mark & I felt it was worth every cent! Especially for our peace of mind.
 
We would highly recommend Weslo to anyone. Your staff are a great asset to your company.

We will keep you in mind if we need assistance in the future (although we are hoping that we don’t have to resort to hiring security again). But we’ll be in touch if need be.

Can you please let Franckie and Mardi know how much we appreciate the work they are doing out at the DC.  Particularly, now when the weather is cold and miserable.  I was in a meeting the other day and comment was made about the cost of the service, however, it was also pointed out that there have been no problems or concerns on site.  One person said how they had been associated with sites in the past where theft was rampant and graffiti had been done under the noses of guards.  Comments was also passed as to how diligent and helpful Franckie and Mardi were.

The City of Playford team who organised this event wanted me to pass on to Weslo that the guards were outstanding, their customer service skills and professionalism were exceptional.

Thank you so much to Weslo for your support over this week.
We have been very pleased with your prompt responses to our requests.
The feedback from the staff on site has been very positive. Your guards have been wonderful ambassadors to your company. All reports have been that they have been a pleasure to work with.

​Just a bit of feedback I’m hoping can be passed on, please.
 
Dan and I were responsible for the Alpha Box & Dice venue (Sea & Vines) on the 9th June 2019 for Sea and Vines.  We were extremely impressed by the security supervisor working at this location on this day and wished to pass on our thanks and appreciation to him.  He dealt with intoxicated patrons in a very non-confrontational and sensible way, offering them bottles of water and with his friendly manner, diffusing any aggression.   He was a credit to his organisation.
 
If this could be conveyed to security, that would be appreciated.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your security staff on Thursday night at the Thebarton theatre.
I went to the ‘ sticky fingers ‘ concert with my teenage kids and observed how well your staff handled drunk and macho kids.
They diffused many incidents in a calm and casual way and you could tell the kids respected the way they did it.
I special mention needs to go to a gentleman called Michael V no.29. ( I asked for his name).
He was so good at keeping the kids calm and getting the desired result.

I own my own business,  employ over 60 people and can recognise talent and I just wanted to let you know that you have a good crew.
I assume you normally hear only negative information, hence my reason for some positive news.

Just wanted to pass on a huge thank you to Alex. He was an amazing help on Friday night! He went above and beyond to help with the set up of the event. 
 
The party hire company that the client went through for furniture etc dropped everything off unassembled which I was not expecting and Alex was a huge help in putting this together with me in the short time we had to set up for the event.

We just wanted to provide some feedback with regards to Xander and Hollie. Absolutely brilliant! They truely went above and beyond to support us and to deliver a quality customer service to our guests (all 155 of them!). They were both extremely polite, approachable and professional. 

Not only did Xander and Hollie help us transport our drinks from the Cool Room to the bar, but they set up, put it all out on display and even helped us pack up - the bar and the venue! 

All in all, Xander and Hollie are an asset to Weslo and because of them our company will be sure to use Weslo’s services in the future.

Could I pass on my sincere gratitude to you for your professional and very approachable staff that worked at the Immanuel Primary School’s Monster Garage Sale and Family Fun Day.

Their punctuality, professional manner in which they presented themselves, friendliness was all I had hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending your staff and your company to others.

Their presence allowed the organisers and those who were handling the money peace of mind.
The day was very successful in both building our Community Spirit as well as raising funds for school redevelopment projects. We hoped they enjoyed the day too.

​I would just like to take the time to send some positive feedback about one of the many Weslo employees at the Leconfield "On the green" concert Sunday 5th Feb 2017.

My partner and I were fortunate enough to have front row seats on the aisle and were exposed to more than just the entertainment on the stage. 
​
Your security guy behind the front fence (Number 38) was very good at what he did without being rude or over the top. He took his job very seriously under extreme weather conditions keeping intoxicated people in check and preventing crowds of people from crashing the front and blocking the aisles.

A credit to his job and an asset to Weslo Staff and Security.

The Raine & Horne Semaphore Street Fair have engaged Weslo Security for the last two years (2015 & 2016). Weslo’s professionalism and great customer service make working with them a pleasure.
