By developing a plan to monitor and control quality we can clearly identify areas of services that require extra attention and ensure that the clients’ expectations and our standards line up.
Additionally, Weslo Staff is very proud of its excellent results in the National Security Audit Campaign 2009 and again in 2011 conducted by the Fair Work Ombudsman; on average only 51% of security companies were compliant with the Fair Work Act. Weslo Staff also got a clean bill of health after Government audits conducted at the Adelaide Royal Show during the past 2 years.

- Set quality criteria for these outcomes;
- Refer our plan to the client to gain their agreement on all targets set.
