Weslo Staff has a "zero" tolerance to drugs and alcohol. Employees are not permitted to work while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No employee shall posses, distribute or consume alcohol or illicit drugs at work. In the event that drugs and/or alcohol are found on company premises, actions may include an investigation of the matter to attempt to determine who is responsible for the drugs and/or alcohol, or requiring workplace participants to undergo a drug or alcohol test. will not tolerate any Employees are responsible for carrying out their duties in a safe manner, unimpaired by drug or alcohol use.
