To All Weslo Staff Employees, There is still a large amount of debate relating to Jobs Keeper and Jobs Seeker payments. These matters have not been passed by Parliaments, but we feel that we should write to you to advise you that we are trying under difficult situation to ensure that all people that have worked with Weslo Staff can benefit from either of the two initiatives are kept up to-date when we can. If you are already on Job Seeker, then, some of the material in this letter don’t apply to you and it
will help us if you advise us of your status. For those who don’t know, Job Keepers payment require that a casual employee has to have worked a minimum of 12 months with Weslo Staff and that the earnings from it has to be the prime income (higher amount paid) source of all your income earnings. The Australian Taxation Office will, of course, ultimately determine where the main income source is before approving the Job Keeper payments, we believe. We hope this information at the time when we are all being bombarded with new information almost daily and the various interpretations by so many people about what the political announcement mean. We believe as the amount for both these initiatives is $1,500 (before tax) a fortnight that these has confused many people. Please seek your own advice from your accountant, or the many advisers at local councils or elsewhere and numerous website. Sincerely yours, Directors and management Weslo Group of Companies
